Semaine #4/ Week 4

Hello everyone!

I hope that you had a wonderful Easter weekend. Here is a message from our St. Stephen family:

Please check your French folder on Google Drive. I have added a Spring-themed reading activity that you can complete.

If you'd like to share your work with me, you can:
- take a picture of it and email it to me,
- scan it and add it in the French folder of your Google Drive or
- put in a Google Doc and share it in your French folder.

N'oublies pas d'écouter aux chansons. Il y en a des nouvelles!
Don't forget to check our songs of the week. I added some new ones!

Semaine #3/ Week 3

Hello friends!

I can't believe that it is already Wednesday. I hope that all is going well with our new Easter and Spring vocabulary. Don't forget to look in your Google Drive to find the documents that I have shared with you. I have signed you up for Epic! and Boom Cards so that you can practice your French in different ways. Talk to you soon!

Semaine #2/ Week 2

 Bonjour!

Hello!

I miss you all. I know that we are facing difficult times right now and are adjusting to what is happening. I am thinking of you all and am here for you.

Here are a few things that I have in the works to help your child continue to learn French at home:
- Setting up groups (by grade) to have Google Meets 2-3 times a week. I would like to read some books, and introduce Easter & Spring vocabulary. Times & links to come later on this week.
- Signing your child up on password protected websites on which they can learn and practice: grammar, reading/phonics and listening.
- Creating a Google Doc in which you will find these links and websites.
- Sharing documents and PDFs with printable vocabulary words and activities that your child can complete at home.

Here are some links to things that your child can do without needing a password:
- Ensemble chez nous! (books read to you)
- Radio-Canada Kids Zone (games, videos, activities)
- Sa s'amuse (listening activity)
